MSWord2CHM is a VB.NET application for converting MS Office Word documents (doc) into the compiled help (chm) document format, using the Primary Interop Assemblies (PIA) and the 'HTML Tidy' and 'TidyForNet' libraries

Added ability to use one auto-type sequence for multiple windows (thanks to Steve Harrison for the patch); see the CHM documentation file for more.

This release is both source- and binary compatible.

If you have been having trouble with the contents tree of your CHM file, you may want to give this a try. Otherwise, no other code changes were made.
